2. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information and timely feedback. Delays in communication or failure to provide required assets (logos, content, etc.) may impact delivery timelines.
3. Project Timelines
Delivery estimates are provided in the proposal. Final delivery may vary based on project scope, client revisions, and unforeseen technical challenges. AndroidGamesS.site will communicate proactively if delays arise.
4. Payments
- A non-refundable deposit (usually 30–50%) is required before project work begins.
- The remaining balance is due upon project completion or as per the agreed milestones.
- Payments can be made via accepted methods listed in your invoice (e.g., PayPal, bank transfer).
5. Ownership & Rights
- Upon full payment, the client owns the source code, assets, and intellectual property of the final deliverables.
- AndroidGamesS.site reserves the right to showcase non-confidential parts of the project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
6. Revisions & Changes
We include a reasonable number of revisions as defined in your chosen plan. Additional changes outside the original scope may incur extra fees and extend delivery time.
7. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and intellectual property. Any sensitive information shared with us will be kept confidential. We’re happy to sign NDAs on request.
8. Warranties & Limitations
We guarantee your game will be delivered free of major bugs at launch. However, we do not guarantee commercial success, user acquisition, or platform approval beyond our control (e.g., Google Play Store rejections for policy reasons).
9. Post-Launch Support
- Free post-launch support is included for clients on the Ultimate Plan (30 days).
- Maintenance plans can be purchased separately for continued support and updates.
10. Cancellations & Refunds
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- If a project is canceled mid-way by the client, partial work may be delivered, and additional costs may apply.
- Refunds are only considered if no work has begun and must be requested in writing within 7 days of payment.
11. Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of [Insert Your Country/State]. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Pakistan.
